I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25+ years of experience treating children, adolescents, young adults and older adults. Life has expected and unexpected turns, some of which can seem more difficult than others. Many experiences are quite normal but make us feel anxious, alone and confused. My approach to treatment encompasses many different treatment modalities because one size does not fit all. I combine evidence based treatment with mindfulness practices.
