I recognize it is hard and sometimes painful to make the changes to live the life you dream of living. I strive to provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment which is essential to the therapeutic relationship and to the process of change. I have over 20 years experience working with individuals who have experienced Family Violence, Child Abuse: Physical, Emotional, and Sexual Abuse, as well as Depression, PTSD, Dysfunctional Relationships, Low Self-Esteem, Adjustment, and Anxiety. It is an honor to witness individuals overcome adversity. My approach is eclectic, tailoring the approach to the individual and their needs.
