My goal is to help you explore the underlying causes of anxiety, while also offering tools to manage worries and let go of fears. The thought of therapy feels intimidating, but so does the idea of things staying the same. We can work together to get un-stuck, build confidence, and create more fulfilling days ahead. I blend psychodynamic, humanistic, and behavioral approaches, using CBT, ACT, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. I specialize in anxiety, depression, women's health, trauma, grief, family dynamics and self-esteem. I'm passionate about supporting women, college students, creatives, and therapists. I'm LGBTQIA+ affirming and HAES-aligned.
