Finding someone to support your personal growth, healing, or self-actualizing journey can be tricky. Everyone has their own constellation of needs and hopes from a support person and it can be like finding a needle in the haystack (and then hoping that needle even responds!). In my coaching practice, I see folks who are feeling stuck. Maybe you are at the beginning of the journey and looking for insight, maybe you are in a place where you know exactly why you feel the way you do but it's still not changing. This is a place for us to compassionately explore that "stuckness" and find strategies to ease-not force-your way out of it. My background as an LPC for over a decade gives me the foundational understanding of human growth and development that supports my work as a coach even though it is not therapy. I am a Reiki master, trauma-informed yoga instructor, and tarot card reader; I use customized meditations/visualization, shared music playlists, and more totally personalized to you.
