My goal is to offer a safe, steady environment to begin making sense of what you’ve been through and reconnect with your inner resilience. My approach is holistic and grounded in the mind–body–spirit connection. I work with individuals navigating relationship trauma, including betrayal, narcissistic abuse, and sex addiction — whether you are healing from relational harm or working toward recovery yourself. Together, we build awareness, emotional safety, and tools that support meaningful change.
