Hello! My name is Andrea and I would love the pleasure of helping you in your journey of healing. I hope to help you live more fully in the present by facing what is going on in life, externally and internally. I hope to be a person you can trust in helping you navigate different areas of life. I love that this work is so meaningful because I believe life is a gift that shouldn't have constant pain and sorrow. Rather, it is healthy to experience the hills and valleys of life, growing in every step of the way. My heart goes out to those who are struggling to live life well, to enjoy and to thrive. In the first session, we will discuss consent for therapy, limits of confidentiality, get to know each other, and begin discussing your goals for therapy.
