Beginning therapy, or starting over with a new therapist, can feel overwhelming or intimidating. My goal is to ease that transition and reduce the anxieties that often accompany taking this step. I work from a trauma-informed perspective and focus on creating a warm, validating space where you feel safe to be your authentic self. I want each session to offer something meaningful, whether that’s gaining clarity, finding language for your experiences, developing skills or exploring the emotions that shape your inner world.
