I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve their personal goals. With a specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I focus on empowering individuals to recognize and change their thought patterns and behaviors to improve their overall well-being. I have extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, anger, stress, self-worth and relationship issues, and has experience working with the military, veteran, law-enforcement and first responders community.
