Choosing the "perfect for me" therapist can seem impossible. I strive to create a space that is safe, warm and inviting. My strengths include listening with a non-judgmental ear, assisting people to develop and use the tools necessary to live more authentically, and improve their relationships and overall quality of life. While taking that first step to begin counseling can be challenging, having the support of someone to assist you in bringing clarity to the internal chaos we often feel can make all the difference in living a more fulfilling life.
