Hello, I'm Andrea Martel, an LCSW with over 25 years of experience with individuals with various challenges such as depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, and relationship issues. I also counsel clients who are LGBTQIA+, have parenting issues, infertility and postpartum depression, and have substance abuse issues. My training and skills are in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based therapy, and Client-centered modalities.
