We all have a story we tell ourselves about our worth as a human being. That story is influenced by our experiences. Sometimes the story is positive and beneficial. Other times, the story creates negative beliefs that prevent inner happiness and healthy relationships with others, as well as ourselves. I believe we can change the unhealthy stories we tell ourselves. View 9 Photos As a therapist, I use approaches that allow clients to be active in their healing journey. There is a strong connection between our thoughts, feelings and physical state of being. Using multiple modalities such as EMDR, CBT, Polyvagal Theory; and with children, art and play therapy, we can address each area.
