Working through life's problems can be difficult to do alone. Having a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment will provide the opportunity to find the relief you deserve. Through a person-centered approach, we will collaborate on a plan to work through the things that may be holding you back from reaching your full potential and working toward your goals. I utilize techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care to assist in self-empowerment, gaining insight, and developing skills to cope with stressors. I work with individuals who are experiencing the effects of trauma, are struggling with anxiety and depression, and those with family dynamics that cause conflict and stress. As well as being a caring and compassionate therapist, I am also a certified domestic violence counselor.
