I believe that all people have the capacity to live well and to create the solutions they seek. My role as counselor is to hold the light as you find your own way. How do I do that? I create a warm, judgment-free space to be seen and heard, accepted and respected, challenged and nurtured. I offer a space where client and counselor work together using creative expression to make sense of thoughts and feelings and to gain clarity. I work with a diverse group of clients, from eight to eighty years old, with wide-ranging needs and concerns, including anxiety, grief, life transitions, adjustment, school-based issues, parental stressors, and other life events. I am trained in EMDR, sandtray therapy, play therapy, and solution focused therapy. I am a certified Parent Educator.
