My work has centered around helping both families and individuals, slow down, make sense of their experiences, and reconnect with what matters most. Grounded in the belief that growth begins when we can see ourselves clearly and with compassion, in therapy, I aim to create a space that is steady, genuine, and collaborative, where we can explore what’s happening beneath the surface and move toward healing in a way that feels doable and real. I support all ages throughout adulthood and specialize in Infant Mental Health and dyadic parent-child therapy. Whether we’re unpacking patterns that keep you stuck, helping a child find new ways to express and connect, or strengthening family relationships, I work to meet you where you are.
