My therapeutic style focuses on creating a supportive and collaborative relationship with the individual that is affirming and non-judgmental. As part of the NJ Behavioral Health LifeStance team, we focus on supporting the individual as well as the whole family while providing individualized informed therapy. My approach is to allow the individual to have a better understanding of themselves and to guide them to grow and heal from issues they face.
