My approach is to use authenticity and openness to build a relationship based on trust and respect. I genuinely care about what has gotten you to this point and I want to help you process through whatever in life is causing you distress. I believe in meeting you where you are. I have a strong background in working with those struggling with anxiety, grief, and bereavement. The majority of my career has been working in medical settings helping individuals and families with chronic and complex illnesses or recent traumas. I have experience in working with loss- of a loved one, of self- identity, of hope in the future. I am here to help you cope, set healthy boundaries, and improve your sense of self compassion.
