Sometimes we find ourselves at an inner-crossroads. Maybe you’ve realized you’re repeating cycles you know you want to break. Maybe you’re feeling unfulfilled but can't pinpoint why. Maybe you feel tossed around by your own intense emotions, or maybe you just can’t seem to make the changes you crave. You’re not alone. I work with clients who are often smart and anxious, who tend to feel exhausted by working so hard yet somehow still feel like it’s never enough. I also work with clients who feel sensitive to the world around them, often to the point of overwhelm.
