I help clients become uplifted, release blocks, change their beliefs and habits, control pain, overcome fears, grief and depression. I have a spiritual and transpersonal orientation to counseling, helping clients become aware of their higher self and inner power so they can make positive changes. I assist clients in releasing anxieties, overcoming and preventing panic attacks, insomnia, unhealthy eating and drinking habits, smoking and other addictions. I also work with children, helping them to overcome bed-wetting, nightmares, tantrums. I assist pregnant women to learn hypnobirthing methods for labor pain and natural birth.
