Thank you for your interest in my practice. I work primarily with older adolescents and adults who seek help in dealing with stress, challenging relationships and life transitions, including loss. I work collaboratively with my clients toward reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression. I believe that within the context of a supportive therapy relationship individuals can develop insight into the roots of their struggles and effective strategies for change.
