I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Psychologist licensed in New York and New Jersey. I have extensive experience working with such conditions as anxiety, depression, work-related stress, grief/loss, life transitions, parenting issues, relationship issues, developmental trauma, racial trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I trained in psychodynamic, cognitive/behavioral and emotionally-focused therapy with individuals, couples, parents and families. My approach to psychotherapy is integrative as I draw from traditional insight-oriented and cognitive therapies as well as experiential body/mind, and psychobiological techniques.
