I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. The patients I see often come to me with issues such as anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self harm and childhood trauma. I utilize play therapy techniques for my younger patients, as well as integrating components of art and talk therapy. For adolescents and adults, I use a mixed array of techniques including Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Person Centered. I have a Golden Retriever, Loki, who loves to be an added support as well!
