Life can feel incredibly heavy at times, and many people reach a point where they just need a place to breathe—to sort through anxiety, relationship stress, or painful experiences that still show up in the present. My hope is to offer a space where you feel supported, understood, and never judged. My counseling style is warm, relational, and holistic. I really take the time to get to know the whole you—your emotions, your environment, your strengths, and the things that weigh on you.
