After about 8 years studying behavior and thought, both abroad and in the US, I've grown to believe in the amazing power of therapy. What happens in a counseling office is an almost transcendental experience. For the longest time therapy was seen as this obscure and mysterious process but for me it is, in essence, very simple: We talk about your thoughts, your feelings, your struggles, we look for what could be done, what could be changed, and what isn't helping. All of this happens at the counselee's pace. My approach to therapy combines cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, psychoeducation and mindfulness. I work with children, adolescents and adults in individual therapy. I help individuals with issues like depression, anxiety, stress, career choice or change, ADD, ADHD, Grief and diFiculties at school or work.
