Starting counseling can feel like a big step—for kids, teens, and families. My goal is to make that step feel comfortable, safe, and even hopeful. I work hard to create a space where young people feel heard, respected, and supported, whether they are dealing with tough emotions, stressful situations, or simply trying to understand themselves better. I want each child or teen to feel empowered, capable, and understood. I also believe in partnering with caregivers to support healthy communication and growth outside the therapy room.
