I am a private practitioner and I am accepting new clients. I maintain a general clinical practice and have extensive experience treating clients in various settings such as community mental health, school-based and private practice. In addition to my private practice, I am currently the district-wide adjustment counselor for Northbridge Public Schools. I bring an in-depth understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, relational/family issues as well as emotional dysregulation and impulse control issues to name a few. In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques to help clients find direction and motivation for change. These approaches can be applied with success for all age ranges and personalized issues. I currently treat clients ages 13-adulthood as individuals, families and couples.
