Therapy is for being known by someone who isn't trying to get anything from you, to help you better know yourself and grow in ways that are meaningful to you. It's for discovering that the things you're most ashamed of are survivable when spoken aloud. It's for the slow work of becoming more free. I work with individuals and couples managing anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, low self-esteem, psychosis, with questions about who they are or might become, with people who are stuck, with professionals navigating career conundrums, with people untangling relational difficulties and people in transitions wondering what comes next.
