In our "land of the free," where stress and anxiety are the norm, many people find an added pressure. They know their past, have learned coping strategies, recognized their patterns. But they’re still weighed down by shame, dread, or a well-learned expectation that things will fall apart. Our culture, which demands constant productivity, tempts us to turn inward and blame ourselves for our loss of meaning or connection. If you see yourself in here, I’d like to partner with you. I work with people navigating these challenges, particularly at the intersections of religious trauma, neurodivergence, and gender and sexual identity. My practice is informed by DBT, ACT, psychodynamic theory, and intersectional feminism. I aim to be a grounded, engaged presence that sits with complexity and does not smooth it over. I’m deeply curious, and I value finding the joy and (sometimes dark) humor in everyday life.
