I continue to be thrilled by the capacity of humans to thrive in the face of even impossible challenges, and by feeling the spirit they draw upon to do so. Just as humbling is recognizing how much that ability can wither or grow from subtle but profound shifts of thought and emotion. Therapy is an organic process of healing and growth that comes about from my personal support and guidance in a confidential space. You will not hear me tell you to "cheer up" or "just do this or that." If it was easy, you would have done it already. What I -can- do is help you think clearly again and connect more deeply with what you genuinely want.
