I have a passion for helping people who are in a time in their lives when extra support, guidance and help could really improve their lives. My goal is to work with the person, who attends counseling with me, to help make their lives better in any way that I can. I have experience working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, coping skill development, eating disorders, self esteem, family conflict, addiction & anger management problems. I work one on one, with couples and with families. I primarily work with adults over the age of 21.
