Do you struggle with aspects of your life, you wish could be different? Perhaps it's the way you feel or a certain behavior you find problematic. Maybe your concern involves your relationships with others or thoughts about yourself. I can help you change that. I believe that much of life is about balance. When our lives become out of balance we often feel hurt, stressed, angry, overwhelmed, or misunderstood. I have a strong interest in helping you achieve (or restore) the balance and peace you seek in your life, and I know that together we can achieve that goal.
