There are many therapists, what sets me apart is that you are my most important client. My experience is based on working in the community for 17 years, having worked in hospitals, schools and clinics supporting people who are each amazing in their own way. I use a combination of treatments to best support you, including Strengths-Based, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy.
