I have been successfully helping clients suffering from addiction, mood, and anxiety disorders regain control of their lives. I use my warmth, sensitivity, and humor to create a healthy and balanced therapeutic relationship with my clients. My philosophy is to help clients obtain the necessary skills they need to eventually "be their own therapist." This is achieved through a combination of Cognitive Behavioral and Insight Oriented therapy techniques. I challenge my clients to think, gain insight and understanding, and make concrete changes in their daily lives.
