I primarily work with adults, adolescents, and couples with concerns relating to life transitions, relationship struggles, grief and loss, as well as varying conditions of anxiety, depression, and other mood related conditions. My experience includes working with others through difficult transitions and periods of time, when a sense of direction may feel lost and motivation is a struggle.
