I want to be able to help empower individuals to be able to take control of their own lives and learn about themselves as they look towards their futures. I work primarily with those having trouble navigating tough circumstances in life (life transitions, divorce, empty nest) as well as anxiety and stress management. If you have goals that you feel like you are having a hard time reaching for whatever reason, I would love to be able to help you break down that barrier and get you to where you want to be!
