I provide an empathic, supportive, and non-judgmental space for individuals seeking help with emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. My work is grounded in respect, curiosity, and collaboration, and focuses on helping people better understand themselves and experience lasting relief. Many of the individuals I work with find themselves struggling with addictive behaviors, anxiety, or ongoing difficulties in relationships. Together, we’ll explore the patterns shaping these experiences, with the goal of increasing self-understanding and developing new ways of responding that feel more intentional and less reactive.
