I have been working in behavioral health and in the addiction field for 21 years. I have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have worked in several populations including, children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, eating disorders, addiction disorders, juveniles, and LBGTQ individuals. I have worked with adolescents and adults. I have experience with different treatment modalities including, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. The focus is to ensure that the client feels safe and understood when they come in for counseling.
