Many of the people I work with are capable, independent, and used to handling things on their own. On the outside, life looks steady and functional. On the inside, there may be distance, tension, or a sense of being emotionally shut down without quite knowing why. You might value self-reliance, keep things close, or prefer not to depend on others — even when part of you is tired of carrying everything alone. Therapy doesn’t require you to open up all at once. We go at a pace that respects your boundaries and helps create a space for designing lasting change.
