Hello! I would be most helpful to a client who is looking for a mix of practical skills, a better understanding of themselves, and to explore what they want from life. I work primarily with adults and I specialize in helping people navigate trauma, grief, dissociative disorders, and life transitions. I am also EMDR trained. I welcome clients who fear that their story is too heavy a burden to share, or who find themselves in a struggle that they feel overwhelmed by. I hope to help you heal as well as to answer the question of "what's next?" with confidence. I consider my approach gentle and direct.
