I work with individuals, families, couples, and adolescents facing tough challenges, transitions, and growth opportunities. I have over 16 years in practice with experience treating general mental health issues, substance abuse, co-dependency, trauma and grief. I work from a solution-focused, person-centered approach and address not only the individual in therapy, but their family unit or family of choice. I believe that individuals have the strength to create meaningful change in their lives, and as a helping professional, I offer support, facilitate and witness that change in a positive, friendly and collaborative way.
