I believe that my role as a therapist is to be there for my clients and adjust my approach as needed to meet their needs. So, in that sense, I do NOT have an ideal client. I am comfortable working with clients of all ages, ethnicities and cultural backgrounds as well as with a variety of mental health issues or concerns. Whether it be anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma history, family and/or relationships issues, we will identify their specific needs and goals and work together on what they want to accomplish. The ideal client is one that shows up and is willing to at least try and work with me on their issues.
