I am a licensed Psychologist with a decade of training and experience supporting individuals coping with a variety of challenges, including alcohol and drug addiction, depression, anxiety and chronic stress, Bipolar Disorder, life transitions, relationship problems, self-injury, and suicidal thinking. My approach to individual therapy is collaborative — I aim to work together to build upon your strengths and identify opportunities and a pathway toward change.
