I am not accepting new clients. I am a licensed mental health counselor with 29 years of clinical experience. I help individual adults address spirituality, codependency, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, family of origin issues, communication, and life changes. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and client-centered. I believe in the capability of each client to change and evolve. I provide a balance of compassion and accountability and enjoy supporting each client's process of growth. I do not treat addictions (alcohol, substances, food, pornography, spending, gambling, etc.). I do not treat sexual difficulties.
