Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, ADHD, high school and college issues, and more. They may be afraid of the future or of the present. Either way, their goals are often to feel better, happier, safer, empowered to make their best life. Many want a safe place to go and a safe person to talk with.
