I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults (diagnosed or not), and couples where one or both members are neurodivergent (or might be). I also teach and consult about neurodiversity. I support my clients in feeling fully heard, understood, and accepted. With this foundation, we can work on any of a number of concerns: depression, anxiety, & social anxiety; ordinary adulting; great relationships: dating, long term partnership, endings; self-compassion & self-esteem; task management & goal achievement; motivation & focus; life purpose.
