Hello! As a clinical psychologist, I care deeply about helping my clients tackle life’s most complicated challenges. In my work, I proceed from the belief that my clients have an inherent capacity to change. I focus on creating a partnership that helps empower change, enables clients to see themselves in a new light, and build relationships that create an important sense of meaning in their lives. I have worked with couples looking to reconnect and people wanting to manage a variety of concerns including anxiety and stress, OCD, grief and loss, identity concerns, life transitions and interpersonal and relationship patterns.
