I want to help clients identify and resolve issues in their lives that might get in the way of realizing their full potential. This could include improving themselves in their career, their relationships, or their overall quality of life. I am very interested in treating issues pertaining to trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss. I focus on psychodynamic methods that look at unconscious motivations, past experiences that affect the present, and dealing with difficult emotional events. I work collaboratively to gain insight to help individuals improve their lives.
