I have worked with clients of all ages, from young children to older adults. In my behavioral role, I worked one-on-one with children and their families to reduce problematic behaviors and enhance their ability to thrive in daily life. One of my favorite groups to work with is young adults. This crucial transition phase between childhood and adulthood is key for developing their worldview and identity. Young adults can engage in both playful and philosophical therapies, offering a wide range of modalities to explore and find what works best for them. That said, I believe this approach can work well with all ages.
