I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I bring an open, non-judgmental, and empathetic approach to therapy. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I started my career as an HIV test counselor, supporting people through what can be a scary and difficult time. I later earned my master's in social work from San Diego State University, where my area of study was community mental health. Serving the community and connecting with individuals has been a driving force in my career. I know it is really difficult to be human. My values of compassion and empathy drive me to do this work.
