Whether you are feeling stuck, struggling with life transitions, depression, anxiety, substance abuse or relationship issues, you don't need to go through it alone. I work from a person-centered approach where I meet each client where they are in their process of change to help clarify and achieve their personal goals in therapy and in life. I offer clients commitment, compassion and a non-judgmental approach. My areas of specialization include addiction, trauma and PTSD, anxiety and depression, life transitions and relationship issues.
