I am a provisionally licensed therapist providing virtual and in person outpatient therapy services to adolescents and adults. I strive to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all cultures, ethnicities, and identities. I believe it is important to meet each client where they are at and provide a non-judgemental space to work together to improve their well-being. I have experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, college and career choices, self-esteem, and other mental health concerns.
